The Awards
The channel is filled with innovation, a chance to share your achievements and gain recognition for them. A panel of 25-strong industry experts judging every entry on merit, ensuring the slate is clean, and entries that are engaging, personable and above all relevant are guaranteed to make the shortlist and be in with a chance to winning.
Now, in their 26th year, the CRN Channel Awards has grown to become the megalith that we all know today with 1,600 industry movers and shakers letting their hair down and celebrating excellence on one night. With refreshed and refined criteria, the 2019 awards celebrated the latest technology innovations and advancements, recognising the ingenuity and exceptional achievements of the UK channel industry over the past twelve months. The event took place in London’s spectacular Battersea Park.
This year’s funfair theme was very fitting. The industry has been on a rollercoaster ride for the past 12 months, with plenty of ups and downs. Consolidation is still happening in every corner of the channel, but there are always newcomers arriving on the scene to unveil technologies and solutions that many of us haven’t even considered until that point. That is why this industry is such a fantastic place to be – it never stands still and is always innovating.
A Great Time
We are thrilled to have come such a long way. Whilst QBS didn’t quite pick up the main award we were delighted to be named Highly Commended (sub £250m) by the judges at the CRN Channel Awards, the UK IT channels most prestigious awards night. We’d like to say a big thanks for the support of all our customers, suppliers and the incredible hard work of the teams at QBS.
