Customers know that DocuSign delivers compliance-friendly digital collaborations – and now they can e-sign documents while in Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams too.
With access to DocuSign digital agreement preparation, signing, collaboration and management, even remote workers on the go can stay connected through the entire process via the most popular teamwork applications – now including Zoom.
“Employees don’t want to spend their days toggling between countless apps and emails, especially when working with customers or partners. They want tools that streamline workflows and easily enable them to connect and collaborate,” explains Ross Mayfield, product lead for Zoom apps and integrations.
In the latest tie-up, DocuSign eSignature for Zoom means that stakeholders can review agreements together in real time on the popular web conferencing application before signing.
As Mayfield adds, this helps eliminate communication silos — accelerating the completion of agreements and deals.
Additionally, agreements are safeguarded by leveraging DocuSign’s enhanced signer identification methods.
In a Zoom session, users can automatically verify a signer’s government-issued photo ID or eID in real-time with ID Verification. Signers don’t need a Zoom or DocuSign account – just to show up to the virtual meeting.
Jerome Levadoux, senior vice president of Sign e-signatures at DocuSign, says the partnership with Zoom makes it easier than ever for businesses to streamline collaboration – smoothing their pathway to growth.
“The past few years have highlighted the need for agility and better productivity tools to meet the evolving needs of customers,” Levadoux points out.
Users working with sales contracts, onboarding forms, financial transfers, services activation, insurances, legal documents or consent forms also enjoy advanced search functionality.
Document visibility can be achieved across DocuSign accounts and external resources including Box, Dropbox, OpenText and Sharepoint.
More than a million customers and hundreds of millions of users across 180 countries use DocuSign already, which means it’s easier for customers to scale worldwide with a completely automated agreement process that integrates with incumbent systems – saving both time and money.
