Toolsfactory released the ClassExplorer for the Borland C++Builder and Borland’s Delphi in 1998 . In October 1998 Borland and toolsfactory agreed to integrate the ClassExplorer into the C++Builder version 4. Since this time the ClassExplorer by toolsfactory has been a part of Borland’s C++Builder. Toolsfactory are located in Hamburg, Germany.
