With LogMeIn’s relaunch as GoTo, customers enjoy the same fantastic solutions for business productivity and continuity anywhere – as well as enhanced support and communications solutions, new products, and a new partner network.
Partnering QBS, your GoTo applications for flexible working include the benefits of remote support-focused Rescue and RescueAssist, LastPass password security, Join.Me for meetings, and online GoToTraining connectivity – as well as perennial favourites like Central task automation and anywhere, any time access from Pro and GoToMyPC.
GoTo is built for SMB IT, but powerful enough for enterprises seeking to better support and manage unified communications and collaboration (UCC) requirements.
With 1.5 billion end users benefiting from its remote access and support advantages, GoTo helps ensure time at work is productive in our ever-changing world.
“While many providers in the space only solve for one point solution, GoTo is bringing together IT management and support and communications in one application,” explains Mike Kohlsdorf, GoTo president and CEO.
“GoTo and the new portfolio better represent the company and our commitment to SMBs. We understand their particular challenges and have the focus and resources needed to address these pain points to better serve their dynamic working environments.”
The GoTo for partners anywhere
The transition goes far beyond a simple rebrand: GoTo has emerged from an in-depth company transformation and investment in innovation, unification, and global go-to-market efforts. In addition, its new partner programme is set to accelerate growth for its ecosystem of partners around the world.
According to GoTo, the new GoTo Partner Network has been designed to empower its growing ecosystem of partners with additional ways to attract customers and increase revenue.
An expanded global focus means that current and new MSPs, resellers and distributors can enjoy additional investments in marketing, new integrations, and support. Formalised partner tiers will deliver even more benefits relative to performance — boosting revenue opportunities around remote support, endpoint management, and new products.
“The new partner programme and upcoming global expansion means that partners too can build on GoTo’s strong growth, 99.9% uptime benefits, and experience with today’s zero-trust security practices. In addition, by working with QBS, you can simplify supplier arrangements but get direct relationship benefits,” notes Caroline Easton, head of marketing at QBS.
“This is even more important as lives and businesses have changed due to the pandemic: GoTo is committed to empowering customers of all sizes to drive simplicity and ease with affordable, flexible tools.”
The GoTo rebrand is being rolled out in phases, starting with the app, and then all new GoTo products, it is understood, making for easier interactions with a brand. However, certain strong brands, such as LastPass, will be retained.
GoTo is sending out asset and brand transformation toolkits, with collateral also available on Partner Exchange – partners are encouraged to contact their partner manager at QBS for further updates.
