QBS Technology Group is excited to announce its nomination as a finalist in not one but two categories in this year’s GP Bullhound Northern Tech Awards, following up its fastest-growing larger company of the year accolade in 2021.
Dave Stevinson, group CEO at QBS, said he was “over the moon” at the latest nominations.
“The Northern Tech Awards illustrate the powerhouse growth capabilities of the region, especially within the digital technology sectors so important to our economies,” he said.
“The North has become ever more integral to strategies that fan out across Europe and beyond when it comes to taking the latest software and IT solutions to customers and partners.”
As well as defending its winner’s title in the Fastest Growing Larger Companies of the Year category from 2021, QBS is a finalist in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the North section.
This year’s Northern Tech Awards finalists’ dinner will take place on 16 June at Manchester’s Albert Hall.
“The names of all top 100 companies will be made public on 7 June, but the final ranking won’t be announced until the night itself,” explains Stevinson.
“I’d like to thank all our dedicated staff, customers and partners working with us at QBS Software and QBS Technology Group, including at QBS International, Compuwave, QBS:MSP and beyond.”
QBS is expected to attend the invitation-only event alongside press, other finalists, and a star-studded list of entrepreneurial industry judges — including Blue Prism co-founder David Moss, musicMagpie founder Steve Oliver and many more.
The event, in its ninth year, is run by tech-focused investment advisory firm GP Bullhound to celebrate the fastest growing and most promising tech companies in the North of the UK. Previous winners also include LADbible, Skyscanner, Missguided and Connex One.
